Service Description

Host a private dinner at your winery or home, serving your wines with exquisite pairings, made exclusively from plants, mostly seasonal vegetables, mushrooms and legumes. Fall/Winter Sample menu: Hors d’œuvres: • Spanakopita • Cucumber slices with Babaganoush • Cannellini bean crostini • Vegan lox and cream cheese bites Salad: Kale and sweet potato salad with cashews Soup: Parsnip and garlic soup with caramelized onions Entree: Trumpet mushrooms with shallots on whipped potatoes and root vegetable succotash Dessert: Black Forest brownies All ingredients are provided. Kitchen access required as all dishes are prepared on site. Max. seating: 20 guests
