Antonia is an independent winemaker with over 14 years of experience in wine production.
ADH Winemaking is based in the Sierra Foothills and provides short term as well as long term winemaking consulting to small and medium sized wineries who do not require a full time winemaker. Services include but aren't limited to harvest winemaking, wine style definition and winemaking protocols, oak and blending trials, professional tastings and winemaker dinners as well as year-round grape to bottle winemaking contracts.

ANTONIA
As former winemaker at Ravenswood Winery and Banshee Wines in Sonoma County, Antonia comes equipped with extensive hands-on experience with Zinfandel and Zin blenders such as Petite Sirah, Primitivo, Barbera as well as most recently with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the vineyard as well as the winery. Antonia's own brand, Vollendet, is a Grüner Veltliner and has given her the opportunity to hone her skills in small lot winemaking. Coming from a consulting background in business, Antonia is particularly quality and detail oriented and possesses excellent project management and organizational skills
